THE EDGE ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM*… Learn proper technique for running, jumping, changing direction and other sport performance related skills. This class is taught to athletes in a smaller group setting to allow for a lot of one on one attention. The main focus of this program is motor skill development and education, helping create a better more injury proof and physically balanced athlete. No more than 7 athletes per instructor in this training program.
PRE-SEASON TEAM CONDITIONING*… High intensity sport specific training is the key to prepping for a successful season. This program chains together sports specific movement patterns, speed training, plyometrics and strength training to create an athlete who is not merely faster or quicker but can go for the entire game without tiring, dominating the competition! Strength training is one of the best ways to improve power for an increased vertical or first step speed! One on one and small group training available.
